• Business context: messages, meeting/demo requests, notes required to deliver services.

• Recruitment (if applicable): CV/resume and interview notes.

Why data are processed

• Service interactions: responding to enquiries, scheduling demos, proposals, and client support.

• Website operation & improvement: security, performance, and audience measurement (analytics only with consent where required).

• Updates & events: newsletters or invitations with prior consent (opt-out available at any time).
  Legal bases: contractual necessity, legitimate interests (balanced with rights), and consent where required by law.

Processors and tools (concise)

• Hosting & infrastructure: Infomaniak (servers located in Switzerland).

• CMS & site functionality: WordPress Core, Elementor Pro (page rendering/layout), Yoast SEO (metadata/SEO), WP Armour (security/anti-spam), Ally (accessibility features), TranslatePress (language preferences/localized content), Complianz (cookie consent management).

• Analytics & tags: Site Kit by Google (e.g., GA4/Tag Manager). Processing occurs primarily via Google Ireland Ltd.; data may be transferred outside Switzerland/EEA/UK under Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards.

Retention

Data are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Typical periods: enquiries and sales notes up to 24 months after the last interaction; client records for the contract term plus statutory limits; recruitment files up to 12 months (longer only with explicit consent).

Your rights

Depending on jurisdiction (CH/EEA/UK), individuals may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction/objection, et portability, and may withdraw consent at any time.
