- Referral structure: a simple agreement with a commission for qualified opportunities (terms defined per engagement).
- Joint offer: when Beyond participates in delivery, the parties prepare a combined proposal with no referral commission.
- Client ownership: clients remain those of the partner; Beyond does not offer competing consulting services.
